2. Services
MT Studio Toronto provides professional photography services including:
- Corporate headshots
- Personal branding photography
- Business portraits
- Family photography
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Bookings & Payments
- Sessions must be booked in advance
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking
- Full payment terms will be communicated before the session
- Late arrivals may reduce session time
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients must provide notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on notice period
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Follow studio guidelines during the shoot
6. Image Delivery
- Final edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe
- Delivery format (digital, gallery, etc.) will be confirmed beforehand
- Raw/unedited images are not provided unless agreed

- All photographs remain the property of MT Studio Toronto
- Clients receive usage rights for personal or business use
- Images may not be resold or altered without permission
8. Limitation of Liability
MT Studio Toronto is not liable for:
- Unforeseen circumstances affecting the shoot
- Loss or damage beyond reasonable control
- Client dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences
9. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the website
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Disrupt functionality
